I was brought on to help Unity create an interactive Virtual Reality experience. I was also tasked with helping figure out best practices for creating content in a Virtual Reality space. For the project, I created props, architectural structures and textured characters. Software used; Substance Painter, 3DS MAX, Knald and Photoshop. We had access to equipment that was not available to the general public from Occulus and HTC Vive.
The following models were textured using PBR Shaders created in Substance Painter. The characters I only did the first pass on the texturing, they were designed, modeled and given a final pass by my friend Fred Pashe who is a character artist.
I worked with the team to design and finish this environment.
